Welcome to my site and

thanks for visiting !

Before the Dobermans my focus for 17 years was performance field trial retrievers.  It was a privilege to have bred, trained and handled some top competitors in the sport.  When I was 18years old, I purchased a female Labrador puppy named Patti and did not know at the time what a wonderful competitor and producer I had running around my house.  She now lives in the hearts of her offspring.

In 17 years I had only 6 litters of Labradors by 4 different females with 70% of the puppies becoming winning competitors in the very demanding sport of retriever trails.  My Labradors are now enjoying retirement.

After leaving the north country and relocating to Oklahoma, I wanted to have a dog for conformation show.  My choice was the Doberman as I have always admired the breed, and when I was young we had one as a family pet.  Of course with my background in performance dog sports I could not be satisfied with just the conformation ring.  The purchase of Sanka and Tank have forever changed my life with dogs.  My debut in the conformation ring, obedience ring and Schutzhund sport have been very rewarding.

My life has been all about dogs since I was young.  I was very fortunate to have a very good mentor through my teenage years who saw my potential to be a very successful dog groomer.  I have been a professional dog groomer since 1988.  I still continue to learn and grow with the trade and now have been able to pass on years of experience with others.

The Doberman is a very beautiful, loyal and intelligent breed. They want to be with their owners more than anything.  I have also observed that the Doberman can have a high energy level which needs to be worked constructively.

I have done a lot of research since my first two Dobermans came into my life.  I have acquired the dogs in my kennel from some of the top breeders around the world and I thank each one of them for sending me such quality dogs that I know were hard for them to part with.

My goal is to compete with the dogs I have acquired to the best of their abilities and to produce future generations of quality Dobermans solid in mind and body.

My kennel is located on five country acres.   The acreage gives my Dobermans room to "stretch their legs."  Times of free exercise and play is not only good for fitness but good for the mind of a working dog.
